My story began with my own health challenges. I felt let down by doctors, surrendering my power, and waiting for a miracle solution.

 Chronic Digestive Disorders > Anxiety + Depression > PMDD

One day, I decided enough was enough, I took the reins, reclaimed my power, and put my health in my own hands.

What sets me apart as your coach? I’ve walked this path.

My transformation was gradual, but step-by-step, I found my way. I left a career in law, attended cooking school, and became a personal plant-based chef, revealing the healing power of “food as medicine”.

Years later, my desire to help more people led me to further my studies in Functional Medicine and the mind-body connection, earning my board ceritification in health coaching.

Today, Sprout Into Wellness embodies my journey, education, and experience from coaching my own clients and working with hundreds of patients alongside Functional Medicine doctors.

Over the past 10+ years in the health and wellness field, I’ve discovered one universal truth: lifestyle changes are transformative, and on this journey, we are stronger together.
