  • A health coach is not licensed to diagnose, perform testing, or treat specific illnesses, nor do they replace the role of a licensed mental health professional.

    Health coaches are experts in behavior change, positive psychology, and creating sustainable lifestyle shifts. While a nutritionist focuses on dietary guidance and a therapist addresses mental health, a health coach bridges these areas, helping you integrate healthy habits into your daily life.

    Health coaching also complements your healthcare team, providing additional support to help you achieve your health goals in a holistic, personalized way.

  • During our first session, we’ll discuss your health goals and review what you’ve tried so far. Based on your unique needs, I’ll recommend specific labs that may be most beneficial and cost-effective for your journey.

    You’ll have the option to order these labs directly through the testing company or consult with your primary care physician to see if they can place the orders through your insurance.

  • Absolutely! My programs are designed to meet you where you are, even if you’re not currently following a plant-based diet. In fact, many of my clients aren’t exclusively plant-based. My focus is on creating a healthy, balanced diet centered around seasonal whole foods, tailored to your unique needs and goals.

    If you’re interested in incorporating more plant-based options into your lifestyle, I’ll guide you through the process in a way that feels natural and sustainable. The Seasonal Recipe Vault also includes meat options (when requested), allowing you to customize meal plans to suit your preferences.

  • Not at all! This program is about helping you make nourishing, plant-forward choices that seamlessly fit into your lifestyle.

    You’ll develop the skills and confidence to create balanced, sustainable meals that work for you—without the pressure of rigid meal plans. The goal is to empower you to make healthy decisions that feel natural and achievable long-term.

  • How often will we meet and for how long?
    Over the course of the 4-month program, we’ll have 8 bi-weekly sessions, each lasting 45 minutes. These sessions are conducted via Zoom, offering flexibility and convenience for your busy schedule.

    In addition to our scheduled sessions, you’ll have 24/7 access to me through your secure client portal, where you can chat, send photos, and check in as needed. I’ll also review your journals daily and provide guidance during our Monday Kickoffs to help you start each week on track.

    You can easily schedule or reschedule sessions directly through the portal at your convenience.

  • You’ll have the option to continue your journey with me through additional sessions or a customized follow-up program. These options are designed to help you maintain your progress, deepen your results, and stay on track toward your long-term health goals.
