  • Sprout Into Wellness does not accept insurance, but many clients can use their HSA or FSA to purchase the coaching program.

    It's best to check with your provider to confirm your eligibility before enrolling.

  • Yes, I offer flexible payment options to make my programs more accessible. For the Lifestyle Changer Program, you can choose a convenient monthly payment plan that spreads the cost into 3 monthly payments. If you prefer to pay upfront, you’ll receive a discount for paying in full.

    The Meals + Mindset Collective already offers a low, convenient monthly cost designed to fit your budget. This program also provides a discount for those who choose to pay for a full year of the Collective.

  • For the 1:1 coaching in the Lifestyle Changer Program, we will meet bi-weekly over the course of 12 weeks, totaling 6 sessions. Each session lasts 45 minutes and is conducted via Zoom, providing a convenient and flexible way to connect. In addition to our scheduled sessions, you'll have 24/7 access to me through a secure client portal, where you can chat, send photos, and check in between visits. This ensures you have continuous support throughout your wellness journey.

  • In my 1:1 coaching, I focus on empowering you to make informed choices and gain confidence in the kitchen, rather than providing specific meal plans. My goal is to help you develop the skills and knowledge to nourish your body in a way that aligns with your unique lifestyle and preferences.

    However, the Meals + Mindset Collective will offer weekly meal plans, recipes, and shopping lists to make your meal planning easier. While these meal plans are designed to inspire and simplify your healthy eating journey, they are not personalized dietary guidance. Instead, they provide a flexible framework to help you incorporate more plant-based, nourishing foods into your routine.

  • A health coach is not licensed to diagnose, perform testing, or treat specific illnesses, and they do not replace the role of a licensed mental health professional. However, health coaches are expertly trained in behavior change, positive psychology, and guiding clients to create sustainable lifestyle changes.

    While a nutritionist focuses primarily on dietary guidance and a therapist addresses mental health, a health coach works with you to integrate these aspects into your daily life. This holistic approach ensures that your physical, mental, and emotional well-being are all considered and supported.

    Health coaching can also complement your existing healthcare team, providing additional support to help you achieve your health goals in a personalized, comprehensive way. Whether you’re navigating specific health challenges or looking to enhance your overall wellness, a health coach helps you bridge the gap between knowledge and action, empowering you to make lasting changes.

Client Experience & Support

  • After purchasing your package, you'll receive an email with instructions to create your login and password for the client portal. You can access the portal through the link provided in that email.

    Additionally, you can always log in by clicking the "Client Login" tab at the top of the website.

  • You can conveniently reschedule your session at any time through the client portal.

    I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice when rescheduling to ensure flexibility for both of us.

  • Absolutely! You have 24/7 access to me through the client portal, where you can chat, send photos, and check in between our scheduled sessions. This ensures you have continuous support throughout your journey.

Mindset + Wellness Philosophy
